This journey combines three Himalayan gems in one well-paced itinerary:

- Tungnath Temple – the world’s highest Shiva temple

- Deoria Tal – a crystal-clear alpine lake reflecting snow peaks

Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at Ushara Village
Altitude: ~8,800 ft
Day Theme: Slow arrival, deep breathing.
Value: A relaxed start allows natural acclimatisation.
- Pick-up from Rishikesh / Dehradun
- Scenic drive via Devprayag & Rudraprayag
- Witness the sacred river confluences of Garhwal
- Arrival at Chopta Meadows by evening
Check-in to camps/guest house
Dinner & overnight stay under star-filled skies
Day 2
Ushara village → Tungnath → Chandrashila
Trek: ~6 km | 5–6 hrs | Dive 40 Km (2 Hr)
Altitude: ~13,000 ft
Day Theme: Faith, focus, and fine views.
Value: Pace guided by breath, weather, and safety—not speed.
- Early breakfast
- Gradual ascent to Tungnath Temple
- Time for rest, prayer, and reflection
- Continue to Chandrashila Summit
Summit Views Include:
Nanda Devi • Trishul • Chaukhamba • Kedarnath • Kedar Dome • Bandarpoonch
Careful descent back to Ushara Village
Dinner & overnight stay
Day 3
Ushara Village → Deoria Tal
Drive: Ushara Village to Sari (~1.5 hrs)
Trek: 2.5 km | 1.5–2 hrs (one way)
Altitude: ~8,300 ft
Day Theme: Still waters, deep reflections.
Value: Gentle movement and mindful time in nature.
After breakfast:
- Drive to Sari Village, the base of Deoria Tal
- Short uphill trek through village trails and forests
At Deoria Tal:
- Calm alpine lake reflecting Chaukhamba Peak
- Time for photography, silence, and relaxation
Descend back to Sari Village
Dinner & overnight stay at guest house
Day 4
Departure from Ushara Village
Day Theme: Short journey, lasting clarity.
After breakfast, depart for Rishikesh / Dehradun with:
- Clear mind
- Renewed energy
- Himalayan memories that stay long after the journey ends
